Sheila was born and raised in Calgary and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004. Real Estate has always been a true passion for Sheila. She’s is one of the few inner-city experts that can say they have successfully put together a commercial land assembly. She painstakingly acquiring 7 side by side 1910 character properties in the Marda Loop area. She later rezoned and sold them to 7 of Calgary’s up and coming small businesses. By doing this, Sheila and her business partner saved a small piece of Calgary’s inner city history. She is proud to know they will be standing for years and years to come.
Working in Calgary’s ever-changing Real Estate Market with buyers, sellers and investors has provided Sheila with a strong knowledge of the various communities. She works hard to stay informed of new developments and is continually immersing herself in new situations, challenges and projects.
Although Sheila sells all types of properties in all of Calgary’s communities, she launched a new inner city project called INFILLS ONLY. Sheila came to recognize that Infills are in a league of their own. From the Infills built in the 1980s to the newly constructed ones she is there to help you market your Infill, buy a Infill or build your own.
Prior to her successful Real Estate career, Sheila owned and operated an all female painting and decorating business. During her painting years she worked on high end properties; some that were featured in magazines such as Architectural Digest, House & Home and Avenue. During these years, Sheila also personally bought, renovated and flipped many unique properties.
Sheila is a skilled negotiator that always advocates for her clients. In her own words: “I take my job as well as all the trust that goes along with it very seriously. When my clients and I choose to work together, their goals become my goals. I keep in close contact to ensure I understand their needs throughout the process. Selling is not so much about selling anymore … it’s more about giving. Giving my potential clients so much value that I become a trusted partner.”
Happe Dhillon has always been a self starter and a true entrepreneur. He was only 19 when he started his first business. Happe enjoys the challenge of starting and managing small businesses; and in turn building them into something sellable and something he can be proud of.
Family is of utmost importance to Happe. He followed his dad’s lead into home building, working mostly inner city on custom homes as well as spec homes. During this time he has also bought, sold, renovated and invested in residential and commercial real estate.
Everything Happe has done to date has proven to be invaluable experience that he uses daily as a real estate agent to benefit his
clients. His drive, determination, and self-discipline have been pillars in his success and his fellow realtors have stopped to take note. He was only in real estate 6 month when his broker asked him to be involved as 1 of a 5 member panel at a Re/Max event to speak.
Happe is extremely personable and likeable which attracts all walks of life to him. He believes strongly in helping people; this is the number one reason he has had such great success as a real estate agent.
